The Secret Feast: "Did I perform at least one act of Virtue for no selfish gain or recognition, feasting only on the 'good feeling' of serving God?"
The "Second Mile" Review: "When I was treated unfairly or asked for help, did I respond with Radical Love or did I sink into the animal calculation of 'What's in it for me?'"
The Ego Death: "What 'script' did I have to tear up today? Did I accept the reality of God's providence, or did I waste energy fighting 'indifferents'?"
The Final Surrender: "If I do not wake up tomorrow, is my Internal Citadel in order? Have I 'lost my life' today enough to be ready to 'gain it' in Eternity?"

The "Grace & Logic" Conclusion

Once you have answered these, do not dwell on the failures with animal guilt. Instead:

Acknowledge the Error: "That was an irrational impulse."
Apply the Word: "Lord, I give that moment to Your mercy."
Rest in Alignment: Close your eyes with the Hegemonikon at peace, knowing that even your failures are now "behind you" and out of your control.
